Right to Dream, Egypt is hiring a highly skilled and creative individual to join our global team as an Arabic Social Media Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Arabic social channels and developing a comprehensive social media strategy. in compliance to Right to Dream Egypt policies and procedures. The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and plan for our Arabic channels in alignment with our overall marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create cohesive social media content calendars specifically for our Arabic-speaking audience.

  • Engage with our audience and stay proactive through regular community management and social listening activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to maintain a strong social media presence.

  • Analyze social media metrics and generate monthly reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights for optimization.

  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all social media platforms

KEY INTERNAL ROLE RELATIONSHIP
 
All RTD Egypt Departments Academy, Education, Pastoral, Football, Recruitment, Regional Organizers and TUT club
QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Minimum of holding a bachelor’s degree

  • Very Good English and Arabic (verbal and written)

EXPERIENCE
 

  • Previous Work experience in a related field.

  • Multinational Experience is a plus

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
 

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts, specifically Instagram and Facebook, for brands targeting Arabic-speaking audiences. 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience in using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.

  • Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of social media paid advertising campaigns.

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills.

  • A solid interest and understanding of the sports field is an advantage.
