Tom Vernon
Previously working as Head Scout in Africa for Manchester United, reporting directly to Sir Alex Ferguson, Right to Dream has always been a life mission for Tom. Since founding the organisation in Ghana, Right to Dream has continued to grow with the acquisition of FC Nordsjælland, the launch of Right to Dream Egypt and future expansion into the US. Tom’s passion stems from his desire to provide young people, regardless of their background, with world class pathways and development into football and education. Believing there is a wealth of unrealised talent which needs to be exposed to the right pathways to thrive, Tom enjoys seeing students and players continue to flourish and realise their potential and excellence.

Dan Dickinson
Dan Dickinson’s commitment to Right to Dream extends over 15 years. As the group’s first independent director and a long-term investor in the group, he has been actively involved in shaping the organization’s future. Serving now as the group’s CEO, Dan has been deeply involved in initiatives aimed at transforming lives through sports, including serving on the US Olympic and Paralympic Foundation board. He also serves on the San Diego FC board. Dan also held prominent positions in the corporate world, including Co-founder and Executive Chairman at HCI Equity Partners. He also serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Caterpillar, Inc.

Mads Davidsen
Mads brings a wealth of experience from his extensive journey in the football world, spanning across Denmark, China, UAE, England, and Spain. Starting as a youth coach, Mads has since worn many hats, from Academy Director, Head of Recruitment, 1. Team Assistant Coach, Technical Director & Sporting Director. His passion lies in developing both individuals & organizations, making Right to Dream, with its focus on nurturing talent across diverse cultures, an ideal fit for him. Mads also shares his insights widely, lecturing for federations and universities on football strategies and sporting leadership. In addition, he is an author, having authored the insightful football strategy book "How Hard Can It Be?".

Rob Martin
Rob has a background in delivering first class project management and business services across different industries.
Prior to joining Right to Dream, he spent 17 years in the oil & gas sector working on major international projects and operations.
It was during this period that Rob and his family relocated to Ghana for seven years where as well as developing a strong bond with the people and culture, became a friend and champion of Right to Dream, who he ultimately joined in January 2022.
Rob and his team are currently focused on key areas such as operational excellence and effectively managing growth through quality project delivery.

Siôn Portman
Sion previously worked at Nike as Head of Marketing for Football in Europe and Global Head of Marketing for Nike Kids. Having a keen interest and commitment to improving the lives of young adults through sport, Sion particularly enjoys Right to Dream’s innovative, impactful, and ever-evolving model. He believes Right to Dream has shown good coaches and sports leaders can develop a framework to give young adults the right experience on and off the pitch to create long lasting change. Sion’s favourite thing about Right to Dream is the exceptional level of talentand diversity from students to staff, he also enjoys watching all the great developments happen through their purpose-led mission.

Enyo Dei-Tutu
Enyo spearheads our People and Culture agenda, fostering an inclusive environment where every individual is celebrated for their unique contributions. Her vision & leadership ensure that Right to Dream’s employees thrive, feel valued & encouraged to deliver their best. She embodies a passion for unlocking human potential, a quality that resonates deeply with Right to Dream's mission. Enyo has 18+ years of diverse experience in Human Resources spanning across Management Consulting, Oil and Gas, and Mining in Europe, East & West Africa and brings a wealth of insight & cultural understanding to her position. She also serves as a board member for Akua Kuenyehia Foundation, a social impact organization in Ghana dedicated to uplifting underprivileged girls through mentorship & education.

Patience Konadu
Patience has worked with Right to Dream since December 2016, initially as the Finance Manager for Right to Dream Ghana and then also as the Head of Business Performance from 2023. Patience has 12+ years of experience in overseeing accounting and financial business processes, including financial reporting, payroll, taxes, compliance & general financial administration. She also has extensive experience in external audit, risk management, assurance & due diligence engagements across energy & mining, public sector, financial services and CIPS industries in West Africa. She has direct responsibility for financial processes & systems & for improving efficiency to drive operational excellence. Currently based in Ghana, Patience works from the Ghana Academy in Old Akrade and is excited to be connected to our student-athletes on a daily basis.

Alex Asiedu
Alex is an experienced leader with a deep-rooted passion for education, football, Africa, and its youth. His interests were shaped by his father, a former coach with Accra Great Olympics, a professional football club that competes in the Ghana Premier League. Alex has taught finance and leadership as an adjunct at Ashesi University in Ghana, contributing to the development of future leaders in Ghana. He is a Trustee of the Gaede Foundation, and serves on the board of Legacy Girls College, Ghana. With over 25 years of experience in building and leading teams in the financial markets across Ghana and Africa, Alex’s extensive leadership experience, blend of commercial skills and dedication to people development make him a perfect fit for Right to Dream leading our Ghana Academy as we continue to create pathways for our talent.

Trine Hesselund Hopp Møller
Trine is the CEO of FCN, having assumed the role in 2022. She first joined the club in 2020 as the Director of Brand, Culture and Community, and quickly established herself as a driving force behind FCN's success both on and off the pitch. In 2021, Trine was appointed Co-CEO focusing on the club’s commercial aspects, before being promoted to the role of CEO the following year. With her extensive experience and leadership skills, Trine continues to guide FCN towards a bright and prosperous future.

Mohammed Wasfy
With 20 years of experience in football through playing semi-professionally, coaching and performance analysis, Mohammed Wasfy (Micho) now works support all activities regarding the Right to Dream academy in Egypt. Intrigued by the holistic approach which Right to Dream embodies within all streams of work, he believes development, education and character are all integral pillars for football development. With his beliefs working in parallel with Right to Dream’s, Mohammed enjoys seeing the continuous development students and players go through during their time at the academy and helping them to overcome challenges they may face.

Ron Del Mont
Ron previously worked in managing high-profile, multi-stakeholder global events. He has been directly involved in 5 Olympic organising committees and 4 FIFA World Cups. He served as FIFA’s Managing Director for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil and the Head of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Office in South Africa. Ron is passionate about supporting the lives of others through connection, shares experiences and addressing challenges as a group. Working to assist children and young adults in pursuing their dreams is a factor which spurred Ron to join the Right to Dream team, he enjoys the collaboration Right to Dream harness through colleagues, students, and institutions.

Phil Radley
Phil has been a lawyer and an executive within sports for 20 years. Since 2012, Phil has worked with the Right to Dream Group – initially as in-house counsel for Right to Dream, and then also FC Nordsjælland from 2016, and in the Global Leadership team after the investment into Right to Dream by Man Capital in 2020.
In August 2022 Phil was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for FC Nordsjælland.
In June 2024, he became the FC Nordsjælland Director of Football - with direct responsibility for the Men’s senior team, and leadership responsibility for the Sports Director of the Women’s senior team, and the Academy Director.
