With clear synergies between Right to Dream and FC Masar , it was a natural easy strategic decision for Right to Dream to bring the club into the group. The club’s long-term strategy includes expanding FC Masar's fan base across the nation, building FC Masar as an alternative pathway for all RTD students as well as a steppingstone to future professional football careers.

FC MASAR

Egyptian football club FC Masar (formerly FC TUT) joined the Right to Dream community in 2021. The club is recognized by the Egyptian Football Association and has a women’s and men’s team. The club has a unique philosophy among Egyptian football clubs: the innovative use of technology and giving back to the community, with a vision to attract underprivileged youth with immense football talent and transform their lives on and off the pitch.

FC Masar's women team remains one of the few fully professional women’s teams in the African continent. Their goals extend beyond just competing at the top level; they aim to create a sustainable model for women’s football in Egypt and beyond. In their debut season in the top-tier, the team earned a sixth-place league finish and achieved a historic victory by winning the 2023 Egyptian Women’s Cup. In the 2023/24 season, the team earned a historic domestic double, winning the Egyptian Women's Premier League and the Egypt Cup.

Meanwhile, 2023 saw the men’s team achieve promotion to the Egyptian third division before making it to the Second Division (B) in 2024 at the first time of asking. With a focus on excellence on and off the pitch, we’re confident FC Masar is poised to make a lasting impact on Egyptian football and inspire the next generation of players, both male and female.
